Top10erp.org has a very good collection of case studies and white papers on ERP. It is an exhaustive list that covers most of the products out there. Some of the top tier ERP Vendors like Infor and Sage are covered extensively. However there is only one case study, of LG Electronics HRMS Implementation, relating to Oracle EBS.
This is a rich source of inputs for any ERP Practitioner. As an added bonus, most of the case studies are free to view.
Only flipside that I can see is that there are not many Indian ERP Case Studies in this site.
